A vital process focused on you.

When you first contact VBS for help with your IT system, a well-established process and sequence of events are set in motion. It’s our Vital Response, and here’s how it helps you:

1. A discovery meeting is set at your place of business. This discovery meeting consists of an interview process and serves two purposes:
   • Determine the scope and extent of the challenges that you’re having with your business IT system and where you want to be
   • Determine if there is fit between the expertise offered by VBS and the problems that you are having
2. Once a fit is established, Vital performs an audit of your existing IT system. The results are then compared to the business IT system that you envision and desire.
3. One of our network architects develops a plan to achieve your vision.
4. An itemized budget of the hardware, software, and expertise needed to complete the plan is developed and proposed to you. Upon approval, the items needed for the solution are ordered from the appropriate vendors.
5. When all the components of the solution have arrived, the in-shop setup is completed, about 50% to 60% of the project.
6. Upon completion, a roll-out schedule of the onsite work is developed with you. Typically the onsite work is started Friday afternoon to minimize the interruption to your business. The bulk of the setup is done on Saturday and clean up completion work is done on Sunday so that on Monday you’re able to carry on with business as usual.
7. Early Monday morning, a technician is at your site to follow-up and tweak any items that may need it after the roll-out.
8. The final step – you go about your work on Monday and enjoy your smoothly-running IT system!
